NH Vacation

The house was very clean and had plenty of space for nine people. The lake access was perfect. The weather was spotty but the game room kept the kids busy on the rainy days.

plenty of space

even during the aftermath of snow storm and some cold temperatures stay was enjoyable. plenty to do inside and everyone had some quiet space to go to when needed. game room was AWESOME!!!

Family Gathering

We just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful time we had at the lake house. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal, we still made the most of it and enjoyed some great fishing and several friendly (and competitive!) rounds of pool and foosball. It was a special time for all three of our families to relax and reconnect.Thanks again for such a memorable getaway!

Boys Weekend

We loved the layout of the house. Spent the entire weekend inside due to the weather. Family room is great, lots of options for entertainment. Kitchen is dated, but everything worked just fine. Fireplace was not working, which was unfortunate. Would have been nice with the snowstorm. We would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the home was beautiful, perfect for our large family . The view of the lake was beautiful and having the dock, the deck, fire pit and sunroom was well used and enjoyed by our family. Also the game room was great, so many pool table games being played late into the night. The TV and music in the game room was well used.But there were a number of things that need to be fixed in the house to make a vacation much more enjoyable. Kitchen supplies very sparse, broken items, water filter, screens, door knobs, blinds etc. also texts to Vrbo were not responded to in timely .

Awesome property, attentive staff

LOVED the house, location, amenities, etc.! Situated on a quiet, beautiful lake and house has everything you need (canoes, fire pit, games, etc.) House layout is great for groups since you can really spread out. We did have quite a few issues with the mechanics of the house itself (laundry room flooded, fridge stopped working, kitchen sink backed up easily) but mgmt was quick to respond and very helpful in finding solutions.

Beautiful home

House is great and well kept. Game room is alot of fun. Check in time is too late at 5. Communication comes from mulitple different text messages and emails making it confusing to find the information you are looking for.

We loved the house and location. We kept saying how peaceful it was. House was beautiful. They boys loved the canoe & fishing. The game room got plenty of use as well as the awesome screen projector in the living room. We would love to stay again.The only negative was the house was not very clean upon arrival. The floors needed to be done & tables wiped, bag of trash in the driveway. The management company did ask if we need them to take care of anything but no big deal we took care of it.

Cat turds

The house was great we couldn’t have asked for anything more and it was clean. I would give the house 5 stars. The water was also great and it was warm, some grass on the bottom but no problem, and l would give it 5 stars.The only bad thing was cat turds all over the grass near the beach. I can’t believe the owner does not clean up after the cats. You had to go at least 20’ from shore so as not to sit in it or lay down on towel it was discusting, other wise everything was just great, and l would give that part of it 0 stars.

Dilapidated but nice location on lake near

Much of the property was an obvious disrepair, including non-functional window shades, propane fire table, kayak paddle totally unusable, canoe paddles barely functional at best. Basic supplies were unavailable including dish soap, sponges, trash bags, toilet paper, tissues, beach towels, etc. Missing remotes and only six spoons for a listing that supposedly is for 10 people. Somehow I get the sensation that this property was inherited, because the lack of pride is obvious.

Only 3 of us ended up staying here - but it was perfectly set up for many more to stay comfortably. We were here for a sad event. It was the perfect healing space for us. Tranquil, and nice❤️

Beautiful and Spacious

Lovely place with lots of space to spread out. Game room was a hit with everyone and fun to watch the adults play like kids again. Beautiful outdoor space as well. Loved it and would return again
