Thoughtfully renovated and furnished throughout, Hidden Pines Retreat features three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, comfortable accommodations for up to six guests, and seamless indoor-outdoor living centered around an expansive deck and private hot tub.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

* A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check-in.
* Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. The total number of guests staying at or visiting the property may not exceed the confirmed reservation occupancy without prior approval.
* The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and remain at the property for the entire stay.
* NO PETS are permitted at Hidden Pines Retreat.
* No smoking or vaping inside the home. This includes marijuana.
* No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* Parking is limited to a maximum of 3 vehicles.
* ***Trailers, RVs, and campers are not permitted.***
* Alto Lakes G&CC, Kokopelli Golf Club, and The Outlaw are private clubs. Club amenities are available only to property owners and their authorized guests and are not included with this rental.
* To help protect the home`s linens and furnishings, we kindly ask that food and colored beverages be kept out of the bedrooms.
* Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the hot tub and outdoor areas.
* Hidden Pines Retreat is located in a mountain environment where wildlife is common. Please do not feed wildlife or leave food, trash, or other attractants outdoors.

OCCUPANY & CONDUCT
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
- No parties, events, or gatherings
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please be mindful that sound carries through the canyon. Outdoor noise, music, and conversations must be kept at a respectful level at all times
- Children must NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED around decks or the hot tub
- This home is located within Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club and is subject to all community rules and covenants

COMMUNITY & HOA REQUIREMENTS
- No trailers, RVs, or campers permitted
- Access to Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club amenities is reserved for property owners only and is not available to guests
- Guests must comply with all community standards throughout their stay

PETS & SMOKING
- NO PETS PERMITTED
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- Outdoors is permitted but may be subject to Fire Danger Restrictions. -NEVER toss cigarettes or cigars on the grounds or off the back deck!

HOME CARE
- Please no food or colored beverages in bedrooms to protect luxury white linens
- Do not move furniture
- Fireplaces, grills, and hot tubs must be used responsibly.

TRASH
- Trash must not be left outdoors at any time
