Schöner Ausblick :-)

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss mit großartigem Ausblick auf den Traunstein. Die Esplanade mit Badestelle war für uns fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

WARNUNG: Viel zu teuer!

In der Präsentation lockt die Wohnung mit Balkon und fantastischem Ausblick auf den See. Dafür ist man aber auch ganz nah an den Bahngleisen (direkt vor der Haustür) mit entsprechender Lärmkulisse. Der Balkon ist vom Wohnzimmer zugänglich, dessen Einrichtung schon keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre zu erzeugen vermag. Richtig gruselig wird es dann aber, wenn man Schlafzimmer, Bad und WC betritt. Die Möbel im Schlafzimmer gehören einfach nur noch entsorgt. Der Velourbezug des Betts wies alte Gebrauchsspuren auf (widerlich!). Die Schränke waren stark abgenutzt, mit Klebeband bearbeitet und teilweise dreckig. Wir haben die Schränke nicht benutzt. Bad und WC glichen einer Besenkammer. Während man im Bad noch stehen konnte war dies im WC nicht mehr möglich. Im Bad konnte sich aber auch nur eine Person aufhalten. Die „Badewanne“ hatte nur halbe Größe und man konnte nicht darin stehen, so dass man sich in der Hocke duschen musste. Die uralte Spülmaschine (40 Jahre?) konnte von uns nicht in Betrieb genommen werden. Eine Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht. Das war die schlechteste Wohnung, die ich je erlebt habe un das zu einem Preis von fast 800 Euro für 5 ÜN!
