Sehr modern. Wohl neu. Vermieter braucht noch Erfahrung.
Insgesamt gut. Die Fußbodenheizung wurde nach Beschwerde dann höher eingestellt. Als Entschädigung eine Flasche Sekt. Empfehlenswert ist eigenes Sauna Aufgußmittel mitzubringen (Warda, Schneider z.B.). Es fehlte ein Hocker oder Treppe, um in den Yakuzzi zu gelangen. Kauften wir uns. Bett hart gleich sehr gut. Parkplätze direkt vor der Wohnung. Bei dieser Wohnung kein Treppe steigen. Das Haus liegt am Hang. Zu Fuß in ca. 300 m ein guter Supermarkt, aber was am Hang herunter gelaufen wird, geht nachher wieder steil hoch. Gute Aussicht, u.a. auf Viadukt der Bahn. TV Gerät schafft keine normalen Programme (RTL, Sat 1, ARD, ZDF, Pro 7 etc. Nur Netflix und möglicherweise andere Dienste.
