Close to the beach holiday home in a quiet field location with a spacious wooden terrace

The object is a comfortably furnished holiday home in southern exposure. The 2015 completed house is located in the field edge location of the holiday park "Sonnengarten" in the seaside resort Altefähr on Rügen, only 350 meters away from the harbor, beach and beach promenade.
The house with underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi has a spacious bathroom with infrared sauna, 2 bedrooms and a living room with integrated fully equipped kitchen. The south-facing terrace invites you for a hearty breakfast, sunbathing and cozy barbecues. You can also make yourself at home in the beach chair or in the covered lounge area. On request, we will gladly provide you with a highchair. To accommodate accommodated bicycles a shed is available on the property.
The costs for electricity, heating, sauna, WLAN and water are included in our price. A parking space for your car is also part of the holiday property.

Appointed in 2016 to the seaside resort of Altefähr offers everything for a relaxing reprimand holiday: a picturesque harbor with boat rentals / surfing and sailing school, a newly landscaped beach with DLRG tower and beach volleyball court, nice restaurants and cafes in the immediate harbor, a high ropes course in the adjacent spa gardens , Cycling and hiking trails and a ferry service to the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. For golfers, two beautiful golf courses are easily accessible.
As a special highlight, experience the spectacular view from Altefährer Strand to Stralsund at sunset!
Furthermore, the Seebad Altefähr is the ideal starting point for all activities on the island of Rügen.

Wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in Altefähr

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche: super Wetter, schönes Haus, Santiano Konzert in Ralswiek. In dem kleinen gelben Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man für einen FH-Urlaub braucht, vielen Dank an Familie Meder. Auch der Service war super. Vielen Dank an Frank Liedke.

Sehr ruhige Gegend. Erholsam. Nähe zu Stralsund gut. Etwas weit weg von den weißen Stränden. Altefähr nicht geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren (zu weit weg von den Sehenswürdigkeiten). Größe der Schlafräume im Inserat nicht erkennbar (in einem Schlafraum kann man nur sehr eingeschränkt um das Bett herum gehen). Wohnraum und Bad waren gut. In der Küche ist alles Notwendige vorhanden.

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage

Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten, allerdings muss man viel fahren. Der Strand in Altefähr ist trotz Neugestaltung nicht ansprechend, der Ausblick nach Stralsund dafür sehr schön. Im Ferienpark selbst ist es recht nett und, je nach Nachbar, mehr oder weniger laut. Das Haus ist sauber und gemütlich.

Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus

Wir haben die 10 Tage in Altefähr genossen. Das Haus bietet alles, was zu einem guten Uerlaub dazu gehört. Ein wunderbarer Wohn-Essbereich. Zwei angenehme Schlafzimmer, ein gutes und bequemes Bad. Unsere Touren führten uns auf der Route der Backsteingotik in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Aber jedes Mal kamen wir gerne wieder nach Hause.

Beurteilung

Ein sehr netter Aufenthalt, im schönen Haus. Da wir mit Freunden dort waren, war der Zugang zum Bad von beiden Schlafzimmern aus, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Kaffeemaschine unter den Unterschränken schwer mit Wasser zu befüllen. Leider nur zwei Stühle für den Außenbereich vorgefunden, ohne Tisch. Vor der Haustür funktionierte leider das Licht nicht. Das rote Verlängerungskabel im Schuppen muss repariert werden. Aber sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank und Gruß Ute Giersch

Der Aufenthalt war schon gut. Haus sehr sauber. Aber etwas steril eingerichtet. Die Sauna kann nicht wirklich als diese bezeichnet werden. Denn sie wird einfach nicht warm genug. Die angegebene Adresse - Zum Kurpark 4 stimmt nicht und hat mich einige nerven gekostet,bis ich das rausgefunden habe.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns schon sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Schon die Freundlichkeit und die unkomplizierte Art des Verwalters haben Freude auf den Urlaub gemacht. Wir würden immer wieder gerne in das Ferienhaus fahren, das schön ruhig am Feld liegt. Und Altefähr ist sowieso immer eine Reise wert.

Es hat alles super funktioniert. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, was das schleppen von Gepäck erheblich reduziert. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und hatten einen schönen entspannten Urlaub.
