It is enhanced with outdoor kitchen, BBQ and covered terrace ideal for al fresco dining.
Offering 105 sqm of space this single floor house has two separate living spaces. The bigger one consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen, a separate dining room, a living room with a smart TV, a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with double bed. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you may need for cooking. There is a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning brew.
The smaller living space with turquoise decor and separate entrance has an open plan living, dining and sleeping area for two people, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Facilities include air-conditioning, safe box, heating, 100% cotton towels and bed linen, hair dryer, washing machine, free and fast WiFi throughout.
Outdoors, you can make a splash in a heated, easy to cover pool (6m x 3m), sun bathe in any of the 6 sun beds available, enjoy al fresco dining and barbecue (gas grill) on your private terrace, while watching the kids play in the pool and garden.
Private parking is available for two vehicles within the grounds.
