All close to the downtown action of beautiful Alpena. Amazing Downtown Apartment, walking distant to everything Alpena has to offer. Within a four block circle you will be able to eat, drink and shop. All within a safe and comfortable walk. Within three miles from the hospital and schools. This is a second floor apartment, must be able to walk a flight of steps.
