In the exterior you will find one of its great attractions: a private fenced saltwater pool, perfect for enjoying with greater tranquillity, especially if you are travelling with children. 🏊‍♂️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

The plot is completely fenced and has a garden, terrace and outdoor furniture to make the most of good weather. 🌳🌞

🔹 Mandatory deposit before entry (refundable 48 hours after review).

🔹 No parties or noise during rest hours.

🔹 Pets welcome upon request. A maximum of two pets per booking is allowed, with an additional supplement for each pet not included in the booking. 🐾

🔹 Security system with alarm (disconnected during guest's stay).

🔹 It is recommended to take out travel insurance in case of water restrictions decreed by the authorities.

⏰ IMPORTANT: Arrivals from 21:00 onwards involve an additional cost that must be paid upon entry.
