Apartment, just completed (April 2019) in an apartment complex with 146 units to rent. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via a lift.
In the complex there are two pool facilities, four paddle tennis courts and green areas with seating to linger and playgrounds.
The apartment for 5 people is located on the seafront with stunning views of the bay Almunecar.
The apartment has a modern furnished spacious living room with Led TV, leather furniture, dining table and access to the balcony.
The chic fitted kitchen includes an oven, microwave and dishwasher and also has access to the balcony with table for meals overlooking the sea.
Two bedrooms each have a double bed. In the third bedroom is a single bed.
One bathroom has a shower and toilet and the other has a bath and integrated shower and toilet.

Zalig gezinsappartement

We hebben het heel fijn gehad in dit keurige appartement vlakbij de zee in Almunecar. Je hebt tot 13:15 uur zon op het terras, zit wel aan de straatkant, maar omdat de weg doodlopend is is het daar heel rustig. Alles is aanwezig in het appartement. Douche handdoeken, badlakens, complete keuken, beddengoed, extra kussens en dekens. Alleen Netflix deed het helaas niet en als je in de winter komt is het in de avond wel fris. De kachel doet het nagenoeg niet.

Beautiful Apartment near Playa Cabria

Absolutely loved our week in this apartment! My initial impression was how clean, fresh and modern it was. It felt spacious and was full of light, with the huge french door opening to the balcony where we had both mountain and sea views. There was plenty of room for myself, my two daughters (16 and 21) and my Dad, although we would have preferred twin rooms. The apartment had everything we needed, air-con, coffee machine, bath, showers, towels, etc. Wifi was limited. Erhard and Katrina made us feel very welcome and were happy to help us out with local information. The location was wonderful, having 2 pools on the complex, the beach just 5 minutes walk away and Almuñécar a short drive away. I wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful apartment again. Wonderful hosts, thank you Erhard and Katrina :)
