Rosario Almáchar by Ruralidays

Villa situated on the hillside of a mountain close to the town of Almáchar, in the region of Axarquía, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

Thanks to its position, it receives the sunlight all day long, during both summer and winter. In the middle of its marvellous views over the mountains of La Axarquía and the town of Almáchar, you can also catch glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea. And what about the nearby vineyards and fruit trees being the first things you see in the morning?

The rustic-style holiday home is divided into three bedrooms, one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, the other two with two single beds each. There also is an extra independent bathroom with bathtub. The vast fireplace-equipped dining-living room shares space with a completely equipped open kitchen.

All bedrooms and living room are provided with warm/cool air-conditioning.

The estate where the house is situated is closed by fences and hedges, therefore it is completely private and intimate. The outside area is provided with a vast swimming pool, sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe, a barbecue area and a huge terrace with views over the gorgeous gardens.

The access to the house is completely paved and it is 800 meters far from the Almachar- Vélez Malaga motorway.

Die Kontaktaufnahme gestaltete sich anfangs etwas schwierig. Ich hatte mehr von der Vermietungsagentur Ruralydays erwartet, aber sie verwiesen uns an den Eigentümer. Schließlich holte uns ein gewisser Paco an einem kleinen Platz in Almachar ab. Tolle Lage, geräumig, luxuriös usw. Kurz gesagt, ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit viel Platz, Luxus und Ruhe.

La maison est magnifique, encore plus belle que sur les photos, spacieuse et très bien entretenue. l'extérieur magnifique avec une très belle vue dégagée. La mer est à environ 30 minutes, et un supermarché Mercadona à une vingtaine de minutes. Bref, un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer et s’éloigner du stress de la vie citadine. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Recomiendo este lugar con todo mi corazón. Si buscas un lugar alejado del bullicio, pero con vistas preciosas, esta casa es para ti. Viajamos en un grupo grande: mi marido, yo y dos niños pequeños, y mi hermana con dos adolescentes. La casa resultó ser una base ideal para excursiones a Málaga, Sevilla o el Caminito del Rey. La piscina nos alivió después de un día entero de paseos y excursiones. ¡Incluso en mayo, el agua estaba perfecta para bañarse! La casa está maravillosamente amueblada, con el ambiente perfecto de una villa española. Se ve mucho mejor que en las fotos. ¡También hay plancha disponible! ¡Toallas limpias y suaves! Hay que ir en coche a la tienda, pero Lidl está a un máximo de 15 minutos. ¡Sin duda volveremos! ¡Gracias, Pako, por la visita!

Ich kann dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Wenn Sie einen Ort abseits des Trubels, aber mit schöner Aussicht suchen, ist dieses Haus genau das Richtige für Sie. Wir reisten in einer großen Gruppe: ich, mein Mann und zwei kleine Kinder sowie meine Schwester mit zwei Teenager-Töchtern. Das Haus erwies sich als idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Málaga, Sevilla oder zum Caminito del Rey. Der Pool sorgte für Entspannung nach ganztägigen Spaziergängen und Ausflügen. Selbst im Mai war das Wasser perfekt zum Baden! Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön eingerichtet und verströmt die perfekte Atmosphäre einer spanischen Villa. Es sieht viel schöner aus als auf den Fotos. Es gibt auch ein Bügeleisen vor Ort! Saubere und weiche Handtücher! Zum Einkaufen muss man zwar fahren, aber Lidl ist maximal 15 Minuten entfernt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Der Swimmingpool ist sehr gepflegt, ebenso wie der gesamte Außenbereich. Die Behandlung des Besitzers ist sehr gut und er hat jederzeit alles erleichtert. Unschlagbare Aussicht und Umgebung.

Wir hatten einen schönen und ruhigen entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb von Almacha

Wir hatten einen schönen und ruhigen entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb von Almachar auf einem Berg, mit Blick auf Almachar. Total ruhige Umgebung. Das Grundstück ist groß und sehr schön angelegt. Okay steile Anfahrt von der Straße zum Haus hinauf, jedoch betoniert. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber. Der Pool ist sehr schön und groß genug, wir haben ihn ausreichend genutzt. Senior Paco, unser Vermieter, war mehrmals vor Ort um den Pool zu reinigen. Senior Paco ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter und kümmert sich immer. Leider spricht er kein Deutsch und kein Englisch, mit dem Live Übersetzer von Google klappte das Verständigen sehr gut. Man muss nur wissen das man natürlich etwas vom Schuss weg ist. Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Laden, für die erste Ausstattung (Brot, Wurst etc.) Wir sind zum Einkaufen dann immer nach Velez-Malaga gefahren. Dort ist ein LIDL, Mercadona, DIA und so weiter, sind aber vom Haus aus ca. 18 km Wegstrecke. Zum Essen sind wir nach Almachar gefahren, es gibt mehrere kleine Restaurantes in denen man super gut und wirklich preiswert Essen kann. Tagesmenue mit Suppe, Salat und Hauptgericht incl. einem Getränk für zwei Personen für 18 Euro gesamt !!!! Also, wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, von der täglichen Hektik, ist hier gut aufgehoben !!!
