Excellent accommodation and host

We were delighted with our stay here. The accommodation is lovely, very well furnished and with stunning views of the sea, local area and the castle. You can sit out on the balcony, relax and see it all and we were fortunate to watch a local fiesta whilst we were there. The beach is a short walk away and good for swimming. Our host Lorena was very helpful throughout, meeting us at the property, and responding to any queries we had.

Spanish Mediterranean Stay

Really nice place to stay. Very clean, well-equipped for everyday living. Location was good, away from noise and traffic, but near public transit. Easy walk to beach district, also to nice grocery and shopping mall. Beautiful upper-floor view of the Mediterranean and Santa Barbara castle. We appreciated the homey and welcoming atmosphere of this place.

The apartment was very cool and breezy even during the heat wave. It was on the 13th floor. Beautiful sea views, calm and relaxing. Very welcoming to come 'home' after a hot day out. Sofas and beds very comfy. Safe as I needed a key for the lift to go up and down. Lots of books to read if you wanted to stay in.

Beautiful stay in Alicante…

We stayed for a month and really enjoyed our time. The apartment was homely, warm and welcoming and perfect for us. Waking up to stunning views every morning was such a perfect start to our day. The location was ideal for us. Five minute walk to the sea and ten minute walk into the main town with some lovely local places too. Beautiful apartment

My husband, baby son and I stayed in this beautiful apartment at the end of October. It is located in perfect neighborhood minutes walk from the beach and tram station. The view from apartment is spectacular! It is sparkly clean and very quite. You have everything you need to cook and do laundry. You wake up in the morning and see the beach and the sea literally from your bed. Lorena was very helpful and responsive. We had pleasant vacation in Alicante!

Beautiful apartment - perfect location

The apartment was characterful, comfortable, well-equipped and spotlessly clean - a home-from-home. The well equipped kitchen provided the convenience of being able to prepare meals and eat out on the balcony taking in the spectacular views of the sea and the castle - really allowed us to relax at our own pace. The apartment was perfectly situated close to the beach and a short walk to the city centre, with a large shopping plaza close by and several small shops and butchers just a couple of minutes away. The booking process was seamless and Lorena was very helpful and informative and accommodate our late arrival. Thank you Lorena, we had the prefect holiday.

Die Ferienwohnung war ein TRAUM!!!!!

Die Vermieterin war aussergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfreich , die Buchungsabwicklung war sehr professionell und die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermieterin war überaus erfreulich. Das Appartement ist wunderschön, gepflegt und absolut sauber und die Abwicklung des Vermietvorganges war beispielhaft und "smooth". Die Aussicht von der Wohnung war "breathtaking" , die Lage sehr zentral und in der Wohnung waren alle Einrichtungsgegenstände vorhanden und alles - auch in der Küche - war funktionell und hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir werden den Kontakt mit der Vermieterin gerne aufrecht halten und kommen sehr gerne wieder zurück!

Appartement tout confort avec vue incroyable

Appartement très bien situé dans une résidence securisé, nous avons dispossé d'un eplacement pour notre voiture. Il dispose d'une cuisine très équipée avec un four un lave vaiselle et une machine à laver. Il était propre et nous avons disposés de serviette de douche. Il est idéalement situé non loing de la plage plus au calme que dans le centre ville. La vue sur la mer et sur le chateau de Santa Barbara est magnifique.

Super séjour, l'appartement est super bien situé proche de tout a pieds et très propre. L'accueil était très bien aussi. Seul problème c'est que la procédure de départ n'a pas été expliqué donc on a attendu 1h pour rien. Merci encore pour tout, nous avons passé un super séjour !
