The dwelling is designed with family comfort in mind, featuring two independent accesses, one through the kitchen and another through the living-dining room. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything necessary to prepare meals for large groups, including a fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker and more ☕🍳. The living-dining room, which communicates directly with the outside, has a comfortable double sofa bed to accommodate two additional people.



It has two main bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, plus a third space with a click-clack sofa bed. There are two full bathrooms, one interior next to the kitchen and another exterior accessible from the pool, which is very convenient in summer 🚿.



The accommodation is air-conditioned with air conditioning and heat pump heating to guarantee comfort all year round 🌬️. It is also equipped with wifi, washing machine, fireplace, fan and mosquito nets in the bedrooms for added comfort. The covered parking within the same building facilitates access.



Its location is strategic: just 5 minutes by car from Alhaurín el Grande and Cártama station, with quick connections to the entire province of Málaga, including beaches, natural parks, golf courses and other tourist points of interest 🎯.
