The front door opens to a warm and welcoming lounge—perfect for curling up with a book or simply unwinding. A separate area features a TV point and a comfy double sofa bed, offering a flexible space for extra guests. A cosy indoor dining nook leads to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and all the handy gadgets you'll need.



The kitchen looks out onto a charming open-air dining area, framed by succulent plants and furnished with comfortable seating. The location is fantastic as it is a short walk to both sides of the river

The location is fantastic as it is a short walk to both sides of the river. The Pingo Doce grocery is a 5 minute walk away for all of your day to day needs. There are a multitude of dining options within walking distance. The unit is well outfitted, cute and quirky and updated to a very high standard. The 2 full bathrooms are a huge plus with one down and one up being very convenient. Heat and A/C on both levels allowed for good individual temperature control. The welcome bottles of red and white wine plus water was a real treat! Everything was as advertised and it is a great little unit for a short or long stay (we were 6 days). The bed was a bit soft for us, there wasn't a top sheet and there was two separate comforters which was strange to us but that is a personal preference. The steep and narrow stairs to access the bedroom up can be a challenge with large suitcases. There are low doorway heights for tall people in a few places but you learn quick after a couple of head knocks but this is what it is like staying in a cool, old apartment and that's part of the charm. There weren't any shower shampoo and soap or coffee/tea supplies to start which is fairly standard for apartment stays.
