Friendly Employees & Wonderfull Finca

The Finca was very comfortable with everything you Need for a nice vacation with Family or Friends. If there are any technical Problems or other questions, the employees answer you as soon as possible and try to find a quick Solution. The Location of the finca is very good. Within a few minutes you are in AlcĂșdia Town or at the beachside. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay, our host was fantastic, great communication for the most part. Beautiful part of the island, short walk to the old town We were not made aware of the tax charge, which means after already clearing the balance I now have to ask for more money from each guest. Our group would have liked more pillows to be available. The rubbish collection was not made clear which caused a few of the neighbours question us. We cleared the rubbish daily as requested

We had a water leak in the house. We quickly got in contact with service and got help. Even if the problem couldn’t to full extent be fixed at the time we could still stay and got a fair compensation. The service agent Gabriel is 5 stars. Es war einfach klasse! Ein tolles Haus mit viel Platz. Der Kontakt sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ein Traum. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet u zentral gelegen. The villa is huge, very spacious and well kept. Pool was great sun shone on it for hours. Bbq was handy and plenty of sun loungers. Perfect villa for our stay. 10 minute walk into alcudia old town, 15 min drive to pollensa Main bathroom shower was cold. Luckily we didn’t mind and there were many other showers to use in the villa.

We liked the size of the pool, seating areas outside, the villa itself is spacious throughout. We liked the layout of the villa. Location is good although a supermarket closer would have been better. But it’s still only a short taxi ride away, The water and snacks left for us helped on arrival was a lovely thought. We found a few windows which didn’t lock. We are also abit upset that as the villa is up for sale we won’t be able to return, overall we had a fantastic holiday where my son learned to swim. We will keep looking for another villa next year. Thankyou bebreeze

Belle villa propre et fonctionnelle

La propretĂ©, la situation gĂ©ographique (commerces et mer Ă  pied tout en Ă©tant au calme), la belle terrasse, son jardin, sa piscine. Les chambres sĂ©parĂ©es par des salles de bains donc intimes. Les oreillers sont beaucoup trop petits. Certains ont eu du mal Ă  trouver leur sommeil et mal au cou. Il faudrait proposer des oreillers supplĂ©mentaires. Nous Ă©tions Ă  mi-saison, avec un jour de pluie, et un temps moyen. Les serviettes de douche ne pouvaient pas sĂ©cher : nous conseillons d’installer des sĂšches-serviettes Ă©lectriques dans au moins deux salles de bains. Nous avons eu froid dans la piĂšce de vie (entrĂ©e, salon, cuisine) Cette maison est idĂ©al pour l’étĂ©.
