"Lago Miguel" is a new vacation home whose incredible lake and mountain view will enchant its guests. The hotel is located in Alcudia Bay, just 300 m from the beautiful long sandy beach of Alcudia. This house is the perfect combination for your vacation.



In the garden next to the lake, there is an integrated grill for outdoor barbecue evenings with a spectacular view of the surrounding nature. An outdoor shower to rinse off beach sand and 2 sun loungers invite relaxation under the Mallorcan sun.



Lake Miguel is distributed over two floors and offers space for 3 people. It has air conditioning in all rooms. It is newly furnished, bright and cozy, and offers you all the comfort.



Miguel Lake has a living-dining room on the ground floor with SAT SMART TV, a new kitchen with dishwasher and all necessary utensils and appliances, 1 toilet and a terrace with direct view of the lake and mountainous landscape. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with a single bed, a terrace with lake view and 1 bathroom with shower.

Lovely little villa by the lake

Aufenthalt im Februar

Die Lage war in dieser ruhigen Zeit perfekt. Schöner Blick auf den See und kurzer Weg zum Strand. Das Haus ist schön und gut ausgestattet, mit Parkplatz, kleiner Terrasse, windgeschützter Liegefläche und Grill mit direktem Zugang zur Seepromenade. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war schnell und gut. Empfehlenswertes Haus.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub genossen. Zum wunderschönen Sandstrand läuft man nur 5 Minuten, zu den zahlreichen Restaurants in Port d‘ Alcudia ungefähr eine halbe Stunde entlang der Strandpromenade. Sehr empfehlen können wir das Restaurant „Can Matevet“ am Hafen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, eine kleineres technisches Problem wurde umgehend behoben. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Tolles Haus und tolle Gastgeber.

Das Haus ist sehr Sauber und gut geeignet für eine kleine Familie. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in guter Reichweite. Ein Auto wäre für die Einkäufe aber zu empfehlen.

Super Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus, welches viel Platz und einen tollen Ausblick auf den See liefert. Der Vermieter kam extra noch mit seinem Sohn vorbei, um die Funktionsweise der Alarmanlage zu klären und am vorletzten Abend nochmal, um zu fragen, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat ebenfalls super geklappt, auch die Spätanreise inkl. Hinterlegung des Schlüssels im Schlüsseltresor. Einzig die vielen Mücken haben die Stimmung etwas getrübt, aber da kann das Ferienhaus ja nichts für :-)

Superschönes Haus

DAs Haus ist toll, sauber, modern und mit großer Terrasse. Die Lage vom Haus am See ist sehr schön, aber jeden Abend ab 20 Uhr kam vom gegenüberliegenden Hotel sehr laute Musik, die erst gegen 23:30 Uhr endete. Das war am ersten und zweiten Abend noch ok, aber dann nervte es sehr, da man die Ruhe , die man dort eigentlich erwartet nicht hatte.

Erholung und Ruhe pur

Etwas abgelegen vom sonst trubeligen Alcudia fanden wir diese schöne Haus vor. Es ist absolut ruhig gelegen und der Strand ist fußläufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe geschah absolut Kontaktlos. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Absolut zu empfehlen wenn man nicht mittendrin aber zentral wohnen mag. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Absolut gelungen!

Uns erwartete ein sauberes Haus am See, keine 200 m vom Strand entfernt mit einem fantastischen Panorama von der Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur klappte reibungslos, es wurden uns auf Wunsch sogar zwei Liegen bereitgestellt und wir haben einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub verbracht und werden auch ganz sicher wiederkommen.

Absolut begeistert und empfehlenswert!

Durch die Anreise mit einem Mietwagen ist die Agentur oder auch das Objekt in knapp 35-40 Minuten vom Flughafen Palma zu erreichen. Der Empfang in der Agentur ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und die Kommunikation ist in Deutsch sowie Englisch möglich. Die Unterkunft ist nah am Stadtkern gelegen, jedoch trotzdem so, dass man nicht Mitten im Geschehen ist sondern auch seine Ruhe am See auf der Terrasse genießen kann. Ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus ermöglicht die leichte Unterbringung des Mietwagens. Das Haus an sich ist sehr ordentlich und schön eingerichtet, definitiv mehr als ausreichend für ein Ferienhaus. Platzangebot ist optimal für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Highlight ist aber ganz klar die Lage direkt am See mit dem Ausblick von der Terrasse oder aus den Fenstern, alleine dafür sollte man dieses Haus mieten, ganz abgesehen von dem traumhaften Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für den Preis findet man kein besseres Objekt in der Gegend. Wir waren zum Wandern und für einen Aktivurlaub da und die Lage ist optimal. Einige schöne Wanderrouten im nahen Umfeld, 2 davon konnten wir durchführen, bevor wir dank der Ausgangssperre nicht mehr rauskonnten und dann nach 4 Tagen mit einem Sonderflieger wieder nach Hause geflogen sind. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben! Meine absolute Empfehlung! Preis ist super, Lage ist super, Haus mit dem Ausblick ist traumhaft, Agentur kümmert sich gut und schnell, gerade im März war es jetzt noch sehr ruhig und trotzdem warm, also alles in allem echt perfekt aber zu kurz.

Sehr schöne Fewo in traumhafter Lage

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne und erholsame Woche in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Traumhafte Lage,nicht weit zum Strand und mit Blick auf den See.Die Animation des Hotels gegenüber vom See war manchmal etwas laut,aber wir haben trotzdem den Abend auf der Terrasse genossen. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Eigentümer war auch sehr nett und von der Agentur haben wir uns auch sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung definitiv empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Schönes Haus direkt am See

Ein super schönes Haus, direkt mit Zugang zum See und kurzem Weg zum Meer. Leider empfanden wir die Lautstärke des gegenüber liegenden Clubs als sehr störend. Dauer beschallung mit Animation und Musik bis 00:00. Mit Kind sehr störend. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Verbesserungsvorschläge : Liegen im Außenbereich Auflagen wir die Stühle Starterpaker in der Küche (Salz,Zucker etc) Vielen Dank an den Besitzer der sich rührend gekümmert hat.

Schöne Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein!

Wir hatten grundsätzlich einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einem schönen Ferienobjekt auf der Insel. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Terrasse direkt am Salzwasser-See. Hier sitzt man ein wenig abseits des Trubels von Port D'Alcudia. Jeden Abend kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Auch das tolle Objekt lässt den Aufenthaltsort nicht gänzlich vergessen. Denn der Hotelsong des gegenüberliegenden Hotels wurde zum Sommer-Ohrwurm. Aber wir waren uns bewusst, dass wir an eine sehr touristische Ecke der Insel fahren und haben dafür viel Ruhe genossen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und sehr bemüht. Kleiner Verbesserungstipp: Fliegengitter, wenigstens in den Schlafräumen, damit man nachts problemlos mückenfrei lüften kann. Alles in allem jedoch super, wir würden gern wiederkommen.

Nur zu empfehlen

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub. Wir waren mit Baby für zehn Tage Ende Februar im Haus. Wir hatten zunächst Sorge wegen der Temperaturen, jedoch ließ sich die Unterkunft mit den Klimaanlagen sehr gut erwärmen. Wir wurden prima umsorgt und uns vom liebevollen Vermieter und seinem Sohn ein zusätzlicher Radiator vorbeigebracht (der dann nicht nötig war). Zusätzlich hatten sie Tipps für uns, was ihnen auf Mallorca am besten gefällt und wir verpassten somit den kleinen Karneval in ihrer Heimatstadt nicht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein Kinderbett und Hochstuhl waren kein Problem. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer sind schön gross und elegant eingerichtet. Der Ausblick auf den See aus dem Schlafzimmer ist traumhaft. Abends kann man gemütlich auf der Terrasse sitzen und grillen und die Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nahe. Beachten sollte man zu unserer Reisezeit (Ende Februar), dass viele Bars/Restaurants/Geschäfte noch geschlossen haben. Der Vorteil ist die Ruhe, nicht nur am See, auch bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten auf Mallorca.
