Hallo, wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer war sehr nett. Leider hatte es vor unserem Urlaub sehr stark geregnet, so dass Feuchtigkeit in der Einliegerwohnung im EG. Dies war wohl Ursache von muffig/schimmeligen Geruch in dieser Wohnung. Ebenso muss das von einem vorherigen Gast kaputt gemachte Ausziehcouch getauscht werden. Die anderen Bereiche waren diesbezĂŒglich vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgesucht worden, wobei der modernste Bereich oben und der Ă€lteste Bereich unten (Einliegerwohnung) zu sein scheint. Die KĂŒche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was den tĂ€glichen Bedarf betrifft. Die KĂŒche selbst ist schon Ă€lter und in manchen Ecken hat sich ein wenig Schmutz aus der Saison gesammelt. Hier wĂŒrde ich als Hausbesitzer noch mal mit den ReinigungskrĂ€ften sprechen. FĂŒr uns war das kein Problem, wir haben pragmatisch die uns störenden Stellen gereinigt. In Summe eine tolle Unterkunft in toller Lage mit wirklich schöner Aussicht und sehr guter Ausstattung. Wir wĂŒrden bei entsprechender GrĂ¶ĂŸe und Behebung des Feuchtigkeitsproblems sicher wieder dieses Haus mieten.

Herbsturlaub

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (zu acht) in der Unterkunft. Es war eine tolle Woche. Man konnte fĂŒr alle kochen, zusammensitzen oder sich aus dem Weg gehen. Das Haus war sauber und es gibt sogar Spiele vor Ort. Wenn man will, findet man immer Anmerkungen: in einem Bad lief die Toilette etwas und eine kleine Reperatur in der Außenanlage wĂ€re nötig. Aber alles nichts, was den Urlaub negativ beeinflusst hat oder einen Sternabzug wert wĂ€re. Das wichtigste, der Pool, war sauber und großartig fĂŒr die Kinder. Der Ort steckte in der Nebensaison und war daher sehr erholsam, da nicht alle Straßen und StrĂ€nde mit Touristen voll waren.

Toller Ausblick, Hundefreundlich

Wir hatten dieses Ferienhaus fĂŒr knapp 3 Wochen gemietet. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz und herrlichem Ausblick von der Terrasse, sowie großem Pool. Das Auto kann man gut und sicher unter dem Carport neben dem Eingang abstellen. Hervorzuheben ist die Möglichkeit hier auch mit Hund anzureisen.

Les vacances au soleil Ă  Alcossebre

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines Ă  la Casa Isabella. C’était un sĂ©jour inoubliable. Nous avons adorĂ© cette maison! La dĂ©co est simple et Ă©lĂ©gante. Le jardin est magnifique (palmes, cactus, citronnier, orangier, pelouse toujours bien taillĂ©e). Le patio avec une grande table familiale (10 personnes) et la vue Ă©poustouflante! La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e pour faire Ă  manger Ă  la grande famille. La terrasse avec les mobiliers jardin confortable. La piscine (de la bonne taille pour nager et jouer dedans) restait illuminĂ©e jusqu’à minuit passĂ© et ça avait fait bonheur de toute la famille. Il y a 3 salles de bain, ce qui Ă©tait trĂšs pratique. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la qualitĂ© des serviettes de bain mais nous marquons un petit b-mol pour les draps de lit. La climatisation A/C dans l’appartement du haut Ă©tait efficace! Mais dans l’appartement du bas il n’y a que les ventilateurs (nous Ă©tions informĂ©s de ça). Vu la vague de chaleur, jusqu’à 37 c’était un peu pĂ©nible la deuxiĂšme semaine, car les 2 ventilateurs suffisaient Ă  moitiĂ©. Le WIFI trĂšs efficace et rapide!!! Nous Ă©tions connectĂ©s Ă  9 tĂ©lĂ©phones, 2 ordinateurs et rien Ă  bougĂ©. Nous avons demandĂ© FĂ©lix les conseils pour les vacances et nous avons et tout de suite la rĂ©ponse avec des conseils de visites, plages, restaurants dont nous avons Ă©normĂ©ment apprĂ©ciĂ©! Pour rĂ©sumer, notre sĂ©jour Ă©tait superbe! Nous restons sous charme de cette maison et nous la recommandons si vous cherchez un hĂ©bergement en Espagne!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa de Félix. Il a été trÚs réactif quand nous avons eu des questions pendant nÎtre séjour. La villa est trÚs bien équipée,trÚs bien située et la vue est magnifique. Nous recommandons fortement cette location !

We hebben 3 weken in deze prachtige woning gebleven. De eigenaar is klantvriendelijk en reageert snel. Het is een grote woning' met mooie uitzicht op zee, 1 minpunt: beneden is er geen airco, maar ventilators. Kortom: een aanrader!
