Comfortable but could improve

Comfortable room, however 2 single beds pushed together are not comfortable, blinking fire detector is annoying at night and no parking on site available yet again. Room service food was good and shower is good, but conditioner is not good.

Great Location.

Room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was also very comfortable which made getting a good nights sleep easy. The location was great within easy walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants. A very secure car park as well. The only downer was that hot breakfast items were not hot but lukewarm at best.

Very unfriendly check-in staff member. Arrived at 2pm and was told my room wasn’t available and to come back later. When I asked when the room would be available she wouldn’t tell me. After asking for her a number of times to check with house keeping, the was available!

The phones didn't work, the smoke alarm randomly went off at 2am, the TV only had 3 free to air channels, a bunch of lights were broken. The food was great, and the staff were friendly but super unimpressed compared to other places I've stayed in Albury
