Terrible experience for a 4-star hotel

Terrible cleaning, lots of dirt, cockroaches inside the apartment. Indoor pool closed, broken windows, gym closed, 1 outdoor pool closed. Playground dirty, elevador with problems (people got stuck inside a few times). Terrible check in. And 2 hours after check in (started at 4pm to get the apartment “ready”).

razoável para péssimo, estava sempre na recepção reclamando, sempre faltava agua quente ou a bateria da chave do quarto descarregava, tive que trocar de carro... tirando a recepcionista Julieta, que foi péssima, todos os outros funcionários foram maravilhosos Katia, Larissa, Micael, o café da manhã excelente e o serviço de bar idem pessoas felizes e simpáticas como Antônio, Tiago, Sara, Tatiana, Neusa, Denise estavam sempre dispostos a ajudar

큰거실과 침실 주방 모든것이 맘에들었으나 이불 청결상태가 조금 실망 실내수영장에서 아이들이 수영할수도 있고 차로5분거리에 한상적인 바닷가 낚시를 했지만 대서양바다의 파도에 한마리도 못잡았지만 추천할만한 장소임
