Lovely apartment in convenient location

This 3 bedroomed property with A/C was absolutely great with a fantastic swimming pool onsite which our children loved. The apartment was super clean and fresh as well as being well equipped. We have no complaints about the apartment at all.However. The check in process was a nightmare, we didn't have the correct codes to access the key box, the wi-fi and TV didnt work for the entire week, we still have no idea where the parking space was and we couldnt get the access code to the larger site so that we could access the pool (we did have the pool key) despite repeated requests. We had to keep nipping through the gate when somebody else was coming through. The check in company did not have a number you could actually call, only texts, which was difficult at best. I must make it really clear, the apartment was lovely, really lovely, the servicing company were at fault. We still had a great holiday and would definitely go back, they just need to iron out a few issues.
