Lovely little villa about halfway between the surf club at Middleton and Emu Point. Fantastic for taking your dog for long walks on the beach. Comfortable beds and nice quiet surrounds. Well recommended.

Great spot, short walk to beach, brewery and Albany golf club bar who are happy for non members to have drink. Has everything you need, all had a great time even the little fur babies. Watch out for the march flies, bad evertwhere in Albany.

The apartment had everything we could possibly need for our 4 night stay. It was next door to the golf course and a 2 minute walk to be on the beach. Apartment was clean and comfortable and the ensuite had the best shower pressure I've ever had- seriously- I'd book again just to have a shower! We were a 6 minute drive to the center of Albany. It was relaxed and quiet. Value for money was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Really happy.

I recently stayed and I would like to provide some feedback. Overall, the house is fine and conveniently located near the beach. However, there are no shops nearby, so you will need to drive about 7–10 minutes to buy food and supplies.The property could benefit from a more thorough and detailed cleaning, particularly the entrance door, windows, bathrooms, and patios. Additionally, the house does not have a BBQ, air fryer, or dishwasher. While this is a minor inconvenience, it does not significantly affect the comfort of the house.Please note that this is a condominium with around 20 houses, all used for vacation rentals.

Was a very nice 3x2 home, with excellent kitchen facilities, inc a pod coffee machine. Beds and couches were comfortable.Few minor things, no outside light near the door or carport, seems the globes have been removed, also photos showed a bbq, that wasn't there on our stay.
