The space
Welcome home to the Sunshine Cottage Tiny House Hideaway! Just 15 minutes from High Springs, rivers and Springs, and about 20 minutes from Gainesville!

This 1-bedroom studio has been completely updated with luxury amenities. You'll be amongst half an acre of pine trees, sip your coffee or wine on the front porch overlooking beautiful Florida foliage. Perfect for one or two guests, you’ll be right at home with a queen-sized bed with luxury linens, and Wifi, smart TV, air conditioning, closet and storage.

In the kitchen you’ll find a coffee maker, brand new refrigerator, microwave, toaster, induction 2 stove cook-top, and electric kettle. In the cabinets you’ll find silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, wine glasses, water glasses and plates.

In the bathroom you’ll find a full bathtub with shower. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
Guest access
You will have access to the full cottage, plus half acre area around the house. You will have access to the shared driveway and washer and dryer under the car port.

Quaint Cottage Stay in Alachua

Perfect little cottage where we could relax, walk around the grounds and just enjoy coffee on the front porch. We were visiting the area for a family function in Newberry so were not too far away to go back forth each day. It was also only about 20 minutes to the Pet Paradise where our dogs did day camp on a day where we had a full day family function which was very convenient. Our host was very responsive to us when we needed to communicate with her. Check in and check out were super easy and we would not hesitate to stay at this adorable little place again.

We had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet still quiet and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which made our arrival even more enjoyable. We also really appreciated the pet-friendly accommodations, it’s not always easy to find a place that welcomes pets, and this one made it easy and comfortable for all of us. Would definitely stay here again!
