Unsere kleine Einliegerwohnung "Lieblingsplatz" ist zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, von hier kommt Ihr in jede Richtung. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, hat direkt vor unserem Haus einen privaten Parkplatz.
Die Wohnung ist 45qm groß und hat ein Lesezimmer zum entspannen uns es steht ein ausziehbares Bett darin, falls Ihr mit zwei Kinder oder mit zwei weiteren Personen kommen möchtet. Über eine Wendeltreppe gelangt Ihr in das untere Zimmer, hier steht ein großes Boxspringbett 180x200.
Das Zimmer verfügt über eine komplett ausgestattete Nolte Küche und einem Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche.
Die Küche ist zusätzlich mit Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Olivenöl, Apfelessig, Kaffee, Tee, Spülmittel für Hand und Geschirrspüler, Küchenrolle und Handseife ausgestattet.
Ebenso stehen Euch im Bad Toilettenpapier, Kosmetiktücher, Handseife/Creme, Shampoo, Duschgel und Körperlotion, sowie ein Fön zur Verfügung.
Ein großer Flachbildschirm ist vorhanden und freies WLAN.

Deze plek heet met recht Lieblingplatz. Er is heel veel aandacht besteed aan de inrichting. Alles is aanwezig, kom niet vaak zo’n compleet verblijf tegen. We kregen hele uitgebreide, duidelijke informatie van de eigenaresse, over de aankomst, sleutels, vuilnis etc en we konden ten allen tijden bellen mocht er wat zijn.

Eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung – die Gastgeber geben sich extrem viel Mühe, damit alles perfekt ist. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und nicht überladen. Im Sommer wird es nicht zu heiß, da sich der Hauptteil im Souterrain befindet. Ein eigener Parkplatz rundet das Ganze ab.Als kleine Anregung: Gardinen für den Hauptbereich wären schön, um den Raum bei Bedarf etwas mehr zu verdunkeln. Das vorhandene Plissee ist zwar schon eine tolle Idee, reicht aber ggf für einige Gäste nicht aus - VG

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Schon bei der Ankunft fiel uns die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit auf, alles war blitzblank und sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die ruhige Lage ist ideal zum Entspannen, gleichzeitig erreicht man mit dem Auto schnell alles Notwendige in der Umgebung Stuttgarts. Wir haben mehrere Tagesausflüge gemacht und zwei Musicals besucht. Im Ortsteil gibt es aber auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war von Anfang an herzlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Bereits vor unserer Anreise erhielten wir alle notwendigen Informationen zeitnah und ausführlich, sodass wir bestens vorbereitet waren. Der Platz ist für vier Personen (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) kompakt, aber perfekt durchdacht und absolut ausreichend. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben dort zwei Übernachtungen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet und überaus sauber. Da die Vermieterin im gleichen Haus wohnt, wäre ein Kontakt bei Problemen stets möglich. War aber nicht nötig.Gerne wieder!!!

Rundum zufrieden

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Haben die Unterkunft genutzt um unser Tante und Onkel in Esslingen zu Besuchen. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung und eigentlich alles vorhanden. Der einzige negative Punkt wäre, 4 Leute, 8 Hndtücher aber wo soll man sie trocknen? Ansonsten kommen wir gerne wieder.

Ruhige Lage, gehobene, zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Es fehlt die Angabe, dass der zweite Schlafraum über eine schmale Wendeltreppe zu erreichen ist und keine Tür zum Schließen des Raumes vorhanden ist. Für Schnarcher die getrennt schlafen wollen ist das nicht geeignet.
