Filade Luxury Villa 1 is a brand-new (built in 2025), elegant property that combines high construction standards with modern comfort. With 2 bedrooms and a capacity for up to 4 guests, it offers a welcoming atmosphere across 90 m² of stylish living space. From its terrace, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding landscape.



The villa is ideally located on the outskirts of Asomatos village, in southern Rethymno, just a short drive from the lively resort of Plakias and the many beaches along the south coast of Crete.



Designed on a single level, the villa features:

-A bright open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa and TV.

-A dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all necessary kitchenware (refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle).



French doors open out to the spacious exterior, where you’ll find:

-A private swimming pool of 33 sqm with sunbeds and umbrellas.

-A shaded pergola with an outdoor dining area.

-A barbecue corner with a gas grill.



The two tastefully designed bedrooms are located on either side of the living room:

-One double bedroom.

-One twin bedroom with two single beds.

Heaven on Earth

We spend a week end of august with 4 person in the villa. The house is very luxury with all the furniture and the equipment. The view over the olive trees directly to the sea and backside in the mountains was amazing. We loved the huge pool for swimming, not only bathing. The house is built in a way you can use the outside even if is windy. The very friendly owner contacted us and helped us with every question. She gave us a tip for the best taverna ever, in nearby village of Mariou

Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Mrs. Ageliki, die sich mit außergewöhnlicher Herzlichkeit und großer Aufmerksamkeit um alles gekümmert hat. Die Villa ist makellos sauber, modern und mit viel Stil eingerichtet. Das absolute Highlight ist die atemberaubende Aussicht, die jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert. Auch die äußerst bequemen Betten haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen konnten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt – die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die liebevolle Betreuung: Jede Rückfrage wurde schnell, professionell und mit großer Freundlichkeit beantwortet. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Dieser Aufenthalt wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und können die Villa uneingeschränkt und von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diese wundervolle Zeit! ️ Einfach genau so weitermachen wie bisher!!!!!:)
