This apartment is recently renovated and fully furnished with AC. Main room with a queen bed & second room with a double bed. Large wardrobes are in both rooms . Fresh linens & towels are provided.
The place is well sealed meaning it's naturally cool in summer and warm in winter, if it gets too hot, you can always turn on the AC or the heating in winter.
Highlights:
- Brand new furniture & recently renovated into a clean, modern beach pad
- Dining table & lounge area with air conditioning & heating.
- TV with Apple tv (Netflix / Youtube etc)
- Books and good old fashioned board games in the living room
- Bright modern kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave & dishwasher
- Brand new bathroom with walk in shower & smart mood lighting that change colour throughout the day (white in the morning, warm in the evening)
- Both bedrooms with built in wardrobes & hangers
- 2nd bedroom with tv & chromecast to cast Netflix & Youtube etc from your device to the TV
- 3rd floor with views from the balcony over the Adelaide hills
Also, no keys to lose or to return! The apartment has secure, keyless entry with a smart lock. You can lock and unlock the door using a unique personal entry code issued to you which becomes active for the duration of your stay.
