We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in the accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).
The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and they have to notify at least two days in advance to contract it.
Someone from the staff will wait for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. He will show it to you and give you the keys. Check-in hours start at 3:00 p.m. and end at 10:00 p.m. If any guest wants to check-in after this time, they will have to pay €25 in cash before entering the apartment.
Accommodation:
New beachfront apartment, just ten meters from the beach. It consists of two large bedrooms with a double bed, SMART TV (only with WIFI connection) and a full bathroom in each of them (one with a shower and the other with a large bathtub). It also has a fully equipped kitchen (crockery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, fridge, hob, electric kettle, microwave, etc.) and an open-plan area with a dining area for six people, a living room with a sofa bed and SMART TV and a small area to relax with the best views.
The apartment offers large spaces and is furnished with taste and elegance. It is also suitable for those guests who have to work, as it has excellent FREE WIFI and a desk area.The apartment is in a building with an elevator. It does not have parking. It doesn't have a pool. It does not have a terrace or balcony.
Neighborhood:
The accommodation is located in a central area in the heart of the Costa de Adeje (Playa de las Américas). Close to shops, bars, restaurants and pubs (also at night) where you can spend lovely evenings. 5 minutes from the bus station and 10 on foot from Siam Park. Guests must take into account when booking that due to the location of the accommodation (very central) there may be noise, both at night (from the pubs) and during the day from the shops.
