It was a nice property, but I had a lot of trouble connecting to wifi. they said someone would come install it, but it never happened. Nice staff though. It was also clean.

For price well worth it
Apart from a very good wi-fi, I can say little positive about the hotel. Firstly, the principal reason I chose it was its proximity to my workplace. It quickly turned out the location marked on the map was false. In reality it was not central at all, and roughly 5 km away. After mentioning it, I was offered a free shuttle to go to work and being picked up. Yet, each time I needed to go, either the shuttle was not available or the driver was suddenly far away (even though the shuttle car was there...). I was made wait each time just to learn I had to take a taxi and pay for it anyway, which made me late for work.
Otherwise, plenty of other things from the booking were not there: I got a standard room (not a suite as booked), no free toiletries (just a small soap bar), no hair-dryer, no shuttle waiting at the airport as promised (it was sent only after I called the reception 20 minutes after the agreed time, which meant nearly 1 hour of waiting altogether)... There was a kettle, but no tea/coffee nor any cups/glasses. When I tried to boil some water for drinking (there was no bottled water either), it actually turned out the kettle even did not work. Also, the toilet was partly clogged.
On the whole, going to Addis frequently, I would definitely say it is poor value for money, taking into account the location (not even counting quite the discouraging experience I had).
