Private: beautiful garden (fenced) with lawn and flowers. In the house: sauna, central heating system. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 200 m, restaurant, bar 400 m, bakery, café 200 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Achenkirch Gemeindeamt" 1 km, railway station "Jenbach" 18.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km, lake Achensee 1 km. Golf course (9 hole) 600 m, walking paths from the house 200 m, ski lift 1.5 km, slopes 1.5 km, ski rental 1 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km, children's playground 500 m.
