DISTRUSTING AND MYOPIC HOTEL

Was turned back at check in. Claiming they didn’t receive my booking from Hotels.com. Provided confirmation email and they now said they don’t receive payments from booking sites. And asked me to pay again after paying to Hotels.com. I then decided to walk away. Thankfully Hotels.com refunded my money
