Nestled amongst a row of pastel properties facing the seafront, your charming apartment is well suited to couples or small families and is in prime position for exploring Aberdovey’s hidden gems. Walk along the seafront and return to a cosy, welcoming home for relaxation, reading and family time. Alongside the popular golf course, Aberdovey offers the thrill of water sports including sailing, paddleboarding and windsurfing. Aberdyfi is famed for being where the mountains meet the sea at the mouth of River Dyfi, so avid adventurer’s will never be short of scenic routes to follow. For those who prefer a quieter pace, arrange a boat trip and take in the stunning views of the shoreline or simply bask on the golden sandy beach before venturing to one of the welcoming pubs for lunch.
Enter through the door marked 'Crabber's Rest and climb the stairs to the first floor, to find a find a pleasant open plan living space. Contemporary convenience and period features blend to create a homely feel, and the marvellous views from the window are seriously special. There is an excellently equipped kitchen featuring an electric oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher and a microwave. Prepare delicious meals then take a seat at the table, embracing mealtimes with a view. In terms of entertainment, you’ll have a Smart TV and DVD for cosy film nights, and there is a shelf with books and DVDs to borrow. A small hallway reveals the shower room that has a walk-in shower and WC. The staircase to the upper floor leads from a second door from the lounge. Take care as you ascend the stairs as it is narrow but once you reach the top you will see the two bedrooms. One is a pleasant room with a double bed, and the other is a pretty twin with two 2ft 6” beds. Both rooms have useful storage.
You are excellently located for the beach, as well as Aberdovey’s array of amenities including a selection of shops and a public green immediately below the property where there are benches to enjoy the famous Aberdovey ice cream which is located just next door! A permit is provided for one car to use in the nearby ‘Pay & display’ car parks so you do not need to worry about parking.
