Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was cleanish, it wasn't until the day we were leaving we found sweets from a previous guest in the bedroom. The only real complaint we had was the room was really warm even though we had heating off and opened the windows during night, it didn't make much difference. Lovely hotel, great price, friendly staff and minor issues if you could call it that.

The room I stayed in was excellent. Very large with kitchen facilities and a sofa too. The room and hotel was very modern and the staff very helpful. There are multiple parking options so if your car is quite wide, park away from the main hotel itself because the entry was is very tight.

Overall was quite dirty. Marks on pillow case, dropped something under the couch and was greeted with someone’s spilt nut mix, shower overflowed due to gap In shower screen, when using towels to wipe the bathroom floor they came up with grey brown marks, heater control on the wall does not work it was off however the radiators pumped heat out all day and night. Pretty good location though.

Room was lovely warm clean and spacious. Unfortunately it was on ground floor next to a noisy roundabout we didn’t realise this when booking. We were offered a room upgrade when we checked in, as we had booked an accessible room, but then advised the upgrade would come with a cost. We also didn’t realise the sauna steam room advertiser was not actually included in our stay but also came with an additional cost. Despite this the staff were lovely friendly and room was very well equipped for our needs. Parking cost £12/ day
