Check-in was a breeze and was probably the fastest check in I've had! The staff was friendly and the rooms were great. The only downside was the spotty wifi.

The staff was good so no complaints there. We were in town for a wedding. Each room I booked had 2 adults and 2 kids and we had 3 large towels in each room. I went to the desk to ask for more towels and was told there weren't any nor were there any in the pool area. Our room was above the pool area which you know is noisy and the pool was in use very late at night. Our rooms were clean but the hallways were not. The door to get to our room was up the stairs and down a very long hallway. The parking lot would be better off with gravel as it had so many pot holes. I won't be staying here again or recommending it to anyone.

It was a nice place and convenient for my family with visiting Storybook land . All the staff was so nice and friendly. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool .. just wish the pool was a bit bigger. But overall we were happy with it . We would stay there again with our littles .

I liked the kid friendly pool. Mine are getting a little too big for it now but still like. Breakfast was amazing. I like the variety. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The soup was phenomenal even though it wasn’t a normal kind of soup. Tortilla soup. Nice and cheesy. The beds were nice the drain in the shower needs some draino and the toilet could use some help too. Overall it still is a great place to stay. Everyone was nice and the ice machines got fixed within a day.

Could be nicer with giving a colaboration!

Upon check in, the clerk kept telling me door 3 to get to my room. Door 3 is an outside door coming into the hotel. It wasn't until I got to my room that figured out the room number was written on the key envelope. That information would have been helpful and a little less stressful at 11:00pm at night. Even if she said "your room number is written here..." Then there was no mention of breakfast stopping at 9am. So, I missed it. Seems like a lot of money spent for such a lack of information from the get go.

Stated pool was ready for use but it was not full. Very poor and what started out as friendly staff became rude condescending staff. Clearly the pool was not ready but stated it was. "What do you want from me" was a repeated statement. Hallways smelled of ramen noodles and urine. Room was smoky.
