21C Museum Hotel St Louis
"The hotel is downtown, and not within walking distance of anything. The hospitality side of the hotel was LACKING....housekeeping would not make the bed, take out the trash or refill the coffee and tea. When I asked the front desk about making the bed, the response was "We don't do that unless you ask for it." I asked for it.......didn't happen for the 3 days we were there. The breakfast cafe in the hotel was decent....if you didn't mind waiting for up to 45 minutes for your order. Apparently, they do not have a good short order cook for the kitchen. I would not stay at this property again, especially considering the premium we paid for the room."
