Check in took too long in my opinion. After a 4½ hour flight delay and arriving at 1AM, all we wanted to do was sleep. We waited about 25mins to actually check in. The room was clean and kept. Really could have used a microwaves for medical purposes.

The MGM Grand did not disappoint! Wolfgang Pucks bar had great food ans drinks. All hoyel staff were excellent. Great value for our money!

Zero HOT water first 24 hours which was horrible considering we came here for my daughter’s tournaments at the convention center and she and I had to take freezing showers in which she is also injured so it was bad, I had to keep going up and down because the key cards don’t work and room never got ...
