"Very nice staff, very clean room, great location near riverwalk, shops and restaurants. We liked that you have to have your room key to go on the elevator - it felt safer! Our city view was nice, but we did have to move a night stand table to be able to open the window cover, and look out. I brought a noise maker after reading reviews about road noise, but it wasn’t too bad. The rain made really loud tapping sounds on the window, however, and that kept waking me up. I had to turn the noise maker on high. Having to walk to, and use a parking garage down the street was a pain, but that’s just part of the downtown life, I guess! Overall excellent stay, with no problems. "
