This hotel is just a few blocks from the train station making it an easy connection. There are many shops and restaurants to walk to in the nearby area. The hotel is older and the rooms are formal and lacking some modernization. There are few electrical outlets in the room and they are hard to reach. The lighing is a bit dim.

The location was great for getting to and from the train station. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a late check in due to travel which worked fine. They ordered us a taxi for our check out day. The rooms were fine. I would stay here again.

The hotel was perfectly located for easy walkable access from Zurich HB - just off Bahnhofstrasse. Located on pedestrian street with restaurants and umbrella tables — very picturesque. Small step to enter hotel with elevator a plus!! Staff very kind and a definite shout out to Remo who was always available and reliable. Great service. / The only item to mention would be the high step-in bathtub. It was not an issue for us but for some individuals it could be. // Otherwise a wonderful home away from home!! Thank you Remo and Staff!

A great boutique option in perfect location

A great stay on Zurich. The location is perfect, a 3 minute walk to the train, but quiet. The breakfast was ok, you cook your own eggs which was interesting. A good selection of food though and terrific coffee. The staff at breakfast were not very friendly. The staff in the hotel though were great, very friendly and hospitable. We stayed in the Junior Suite so had plenty of room. The furniture is on the older side, but charming. We had no hot water on both mornings We stayed which was a bit inconvenient, but this is the risk when staying in a boutique hotel and they quickly fixed the bullet (well it took about 30 mins, but we just had breakfast in the meantime). I would still recommend, the character and friendly staff of a boutique hotel make up for the hot water, and the location and affordability could not be beaten. Thanks for great stay!

The hotel reception was very friendly and we managed to check in early on complimentary. It ia very near to the Zurich HB station and we are within the shopping area too. Recommended.

This hotel was right near the train station and made access to amenities in the area very convenient. It was our first night in Switzerland and we arrived early in the day and Raymon (?spelling) was a superb first impression for the hotel. He held our luggage until check in while we walked around and acclimated to the area. He was also fabulous for the check out process the following morning. Room was comfortable, easily accessible, clean and welcoming.

A very fun creative place to stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We were right in the heart of old town. Some furnishings had seen better days but I loved the style. We were a block from the main train station and transit was so easy! But we were not disturbed my trains. I would definitely return here when in Zurich
