Disappointing second stay at the yarn hotel
I recently stayed at the Yawn Hotel twice in two weeks, and while the first visit was excellent, the second was quite the opposite.
**First Stay:**
During our first visit, we had a wonderful experience. The rooms, though relatively small, were very clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I had no complaints and left feeling satisfied.
**Second Stay:**
However, our excitement for the second stay quickly turned to disappointment. We arrived late at night to find our room had an awful smell, reminiscent of garbage and spoiled cabbage. After struggling to reach someone for assistance, we finally spoke to a helpful lady on the phone who moved us to another room.
Unfortunately, this new room also had no hot water, which was unacceptable since we needed to leave by 9 AM. We ended up leaving early due to this inconvenience.
To add to our frustration, I realized I had forgotten my connector and returned to the hotel to retrieve it. To my surprise, despite not formally checking out, the staff had already started cleaning our room. I learned from a local repairman that many guests had been facing the same issue with hot water, suggesting that this is a common problem at the hotel.
What was most disappointing was the lack of effort from the hotel staff to address our concerns. No one reached out to see how they could help or offered any help or efforts for the terrible experience
