Villa "Azur" is located in the charming village of Mlini, offering a unique and breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea, with stunning panoramas of unspoiled natural beauty.
We offer our guests a fully equipped villa (size: 200m2) made up of three private apartments, spread across
two floors (first and second floor) and connected by external stairs. The property is rented as one exclusive unit, perfect for families or groups of up to 8 guests, ensuring complete privacy.

At ground level, you'll enjoy a large private terrace and swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and escaping the everyday hustle. There's also a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ area beside the pool, allowing you to make the most of your time outdoors with views over beautiful Župa Bay.

Villa Azur is located just a 15-minute walk from the center of Mlini, a charming coastal village rich in natural beauty. The beautiful beaches of Mlini and Srebreno are only a 10-minute walk from the villa, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing experience.
Local grocery stores, supermarkets, and bakeries are just a 5-minute walk from the villa. Restaurants and the shopping center are within a 15-minute walking distance, offering plenty of options for dining and entertainment.
Dubrovnik’s famous Old Town is just 15 minutes away by car or local bus. A bus stop is located only 100 meters from the villa, and from the center of Mlini, you can also take a public boat directly to Dubrovnik and Cavtat — a scenic and enjoyable ride along the coast.


For 2026, we plan to open the ground floor apartment next to the pool, featuring two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. This new layout is being introduced in response to numerous requests from our previous guests who preferred direct access to the pool and outdoor area. At the same time, we will be closing the top-floor apartment to provide greater comfort and improved functionality during your stay.
