Above Zoagli, in the district of Semorile 8 km from the centre of Rapallo, 9 km from the centre of Chiavari, in a quiet, elevated position on a slope, 3.6 km from the sea. For shared use: terraced garden with lawn and trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to 150 m from the house. 150 m steep footpath (90 steps) to the house. Public parking 150 m on the road. Supermarket 8 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bar 3.5 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Zoagli" 3.5 km, pebble beach 3.8 km (small). Golf course (18 hole) 11 km. Hiking paths: Zoagli-Villa Oneto-Monte Anchetta 100 m. Please note: car recommended. Not suitable for small children. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Please note: from the Semorile hamlet, the house can only be reached via a path with approximately 90 steps, or another path with 140 steps.
