Villa Stauri is a newly renovated 3-bedroom villa in Žminj. Its beautiful design and proximity to the sea make it ideal for a family vacation.


The nearest beach is 20 km away but if you go to the beaches of Porec 25 km from here you can go boating or play water sports. Porec also has a tennis court. You’ll find a Go-kart circuit 43 km from the villa. There’s a tavern right next to the villa and the nearest restaurant and supermarket are 1 km from here.


The house was built in 1927 and fully renovated in 2014 which means that it has retained its authenticity while providing all modern comforts. You have an enclosed garden with a well maintained lawn, a swimming pool, a terrace with seating, and a barbecue. The living room has satellite TV and a DVD player. You also get a hydromassage hot tub and fitness equipment. There’s a children’s bed and high chair. The villa offers parking, bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels.
