The high-quality furnished semi-detached holiday home extends over two floors and has a modern and friendly design. From the combined living and dining area you can reach the terrace, where you can enjoy the glorious sunshine of Usedom. A barbecue is available for cosy barbecue evenings with the family.
On cold days, you can warm up in the sauna and then in front of the wood-burning stove in the living area. The first bedroom has a cosy double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds.
Germany's second largest island offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches and plenty of unspoilt nature. Here you are surrounded by an extensive nature reserve with many animal and plant species and will find peace and relaxation as well as many leisure activities for the whole family.
The fishing village of Kamminke with its small harbour, bathing beach and leisure and cultural activities is approx. 4 km away. Other seaside resorts on the island, golf courses, the Schlossberg, St Mary's Church and the Ostseetherme spa can be easily reached by car. The Achterland is a very interesting region due to the many sights and the numerous lakes that run through the Usedom hinterland.

Ferienhaus Zirchow
Leider war die Sauberkeit des Objektes bei der Ankunft innen wie außen nicht dem Preis entsprechend, zumal die Endreinigung vom Mieter extra bezahlt wird.
Defektes Fliegengitter an der Terrassentür, musste von uns erst einmal repariert werden. Die große Matratze im Bett im Schlafzimmer ist extrem hart. Verspannungen und Schmerzen sind vorprogrammiert. Ein Grill, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, war nicht vorhanden.
Die Möblierung im Haus und auch die beiden Bäder haben uns gut gefallen.

Alles wie beschrieben
Es hat uns sehr gut in dem Haus gefallen. Es war für uns alles da was wir so brauchten . Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb aber da wir viel mit dem Fahrrad unternommen haben war das für uns nicht so schlimm.
Schade war ,dass der Grill bei der Ankunft so dreckig vorgefunden worden ist das wir ihn nicht nutzen konnten.
Der Fernseher sollt auch mal eingestellt werden . Die Sender sind auf 300 Programme verteilt und sehr viele Sender bekommt man garnicht , was bei einem verregneten Tag nicht so schön ist.

Schönes Objekt mit kleinen Verbesserungen
So, nun ist der Urlaub vorbei und ein kleiner Gesamteindruck über das Ferienhaus kann abgegeben werden.
Positiv:
-die Raumaufteilung ist wirklich super gelöst
-alles war sehr sauber (haben wir auch schon anders erlebt)
-überall Fliegengitter an den Fenstern
-im Untergeschoss sind Außenjalousien an allen Fenstern
-es gibt für alle Handtücher (war nicht in der Beschreibung erwähnt so das wir alles noch mal mit hatten)
-trotz der vielen Ferienhäuser sehr ruhig und entspannt
-guter Grill vorhanden
-Wäscheständer und Sonnenschirm ebenso
Verbesserungsvorschläge:
-Ausstattung der Küchen an Schüsseln, scharfen Messer Tee-oder Saftkrug sowie vielleicht ein Stabfeuerzeug wären vom Vorteil
-der Hauptschlüssel war leider etwas sehr(wie soll ich das sagen) hackelig ging also erst nach mehrmaligen Versuch (ein Kind würde die Tür wahrscheinlich nicht so ohne weiters aufbekommen (denke das dieser mal nach gemacht wurde aber halt nicht richtig
-die Tür des Schuppens ist nicht richtig eingebaut, so dass eigentlich nur ein einziger Riegel unten schließt
-und ich will nicht pingelig sein, aber es wäre auch schön wenn vielleicht ein kleiner Hefter da liegen würde wo alles wichtige darin vermerkt wäre
-wo sich die Zähler befinden
-wie das WLAN Passwort lautet
-usw.
Jetzt muss man noch dazu sagen, wenn man am Abend noch ein Eis essen oder ein Glas Wein trinken möchte muss man sich dieses schon vorher mit nehmen. Dort steppt auf keinen Fall der Bär, wir sind dann halt die 15 min nach Ahlbeck gefahren passt auch.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
