The lovingly furnished, thatched house Ostseetraum is idyllically located, directly at the backwaters, opposite the newly created large marina. This beautiful holiday home offers about 115 square meters of living space for 7 people and a toddler comfortable vacation enjoyment in every season. On the ground floor is the living-dining area with underfloor heating, with 2 leather sofas, fireplace, 42 'TV, DVD player and stereo. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker and all imaginable accessories. The bedroom with double bed and television has a direct exit to the garden. The bathroom on the ground floor has a large shower and a sauna. On the upper floor is another large bedroom with a double bed, television, comfortable seating area and a balcony. The children's room has single beds and also a TV. On the upper floor is a large bathroom with a shower.
The garden is 600 square meters and has a beach chair. All windows in the house have mosquito screens. The garden shed offers you the opportunity to store bicycles that you can rent from us.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig. Sehr gut ist die Sauna angekommen. Insbesondere wegen des kühlen und stürmischen Herbstwetters. Auch den Kaminofen haben wir fast täglich genutzt. Es war ein schöner Urlaub!

Das Haus hat un sehr gefallen. Es ist sehr gut durchdacht und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Zugang zum Achterwasser ist nicht direkt über die Anlage möglich. Auch der Weg an den Strand von Zinnowitz mit dem Fahrrad ist nicht durchgängig über einen Fahrradweg möglich. Hier ist es sehr voll, weshalb wir öfter mit dem Auto nach Zempin gefahren sind (hier wurde gerade an einer Erweiterung des Fahrradweges gebaut.)

Sehr schönes Haus
Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus mit einer schönen Einrichtung und Markeneinbaugeräten. Es war sehr sauber, man fühlt sich sofort wohl! Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Geschirrspüler kaputt sei ...an einem Sonntag. Direkt am darauffolgenden Tag wurde uns vom Eigentümer persönlich ein neuer Geschirrspüler eingebaut. Das nenne ich Service! Toll!! Allerdings könnte die Gartenanlage etwas gepflegter sein und die Weingläser sollten aufgestockt werden. Das Schlafzimmer in der unteren Etage hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich und könnte ausgetauscht werden. Die Bratpfannen müssen dringend mal kontrolliert werden ... sie gehören eigentlich in den Müll. Ansonsten haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Preis und Leistung passt nicht…
Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig (wenn man von den zwei Baustellen hinter dem Haus absieht) und ist nah am Achterwasser. Die Gegend ist wirklich sehr schön. Zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfiehlt sich ein Fahrrad oder Auto. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, aber es gehört einiges ausgetauscht. Das Wäschepaket bestand aus bunt zusammen gewürfelten und zum Teil alten Handtüchern/Bettwäsche. Die Grundausstattung (Seife, Spüli, Toi-Papier…) war sehr spartanisch bzw. nicht vorhanden - für Familien die wie wir aus dem Ausland eingeflogen kommen ist das extrem unpraktisch. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief gut, aber sowohl bei Anreise und Aufenthalt war die Verwaltung des Hauses kaum zu erreichen. Z.T. wurde auf Anfragen nicht oder erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen reagiert. Es gab keine Einweisung und auf die Meldung, dass der Geschirrspüler defekt ist kam keine Reaktion. Sehr schade, denn die Siedlung und das Haus an sich haben Potenzial. Wir würden das Haus für diesen Preis nicht noch einmal buchen.
