The bright and friendly apartment is located in the 1. Floor of the apartment complex and covers about 61 m². The apartment includes a living room, with a cozy sitting area, a separate kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower. The south facing balcony invites you to relax and unwind. The apartment has a Wi-Fi.  Parking is located directly in front of the house and is included with the rent. A linen package, consisting of bed linen and towels, can be rented for € 15.00 per person.

The apartment complex Haus Roland (33 apartments spread over two houses) is located on a quiet side street on Glienberg in the immediate vicinity of the forest. The center of Zinnowitz with shops, restaurants and cafes is within walking distance. To the fine sandy beach and Baltic Sea is about 800m (10 minutes), the pier of the seaside resort in about 15 minutes to reach. Sauna, relaxation room and small swimming pool on the ground floor of house 1 can be shared free of charge. Bicycle storage, table tennis room and laundromat are located on the ground floor of the house.

Ferienwohnung auf dem Berg

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet so ziemlich an der höchsten Stelle in Zinnowitz. Der Weg von der Promenade zur Wohnung ist durch seine ordentliche Steigung gerade für Ältere sehr anstrengend . Die FeWo selbst ist sehr schön und komplett ausgestattet. Einzig die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und die Betten knarren bei jeder Bewegung so das man davon Nachts auch wach wird . Die Nutzung von Sauna und Pool im Keller ist unkompliziert und gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit eine schöne Ergänzung.

Schöne Wohnung mit einigen Mängeln

Kurzfristig bestellte ich 2x Wäschepaket nach, um weniger Gepäck zu haben. Vor Ort war dies nicht vorhanden. Es wurde allerdings umgehend nach Rücksprache mit dem Hausmeister besorgt, jedoch musste ich die Bettwäsche selbst beziehen auf sehr umständlich gestellte Betten. Im Kinderzimmer haben wir die Einzelbetten zusammengestellt, dadurch kam der grobe Dreck darunter zum Vorschein. Das Doppelbett knarrte extrem und könnte eventuell erneuert werden. Die Toilettenspülung war in beiden WC's defekt, d.h. der Spülvorgang musste öfter getätigt werden, um alles ausreichend zu entfernen. Das sollte bei einem Objekt in dieser Preisklasse nicht vorkommen. Das war am nervigsten. Sonst war die Fewo ausreichend groß für 4 Personen, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Der Balkon war unser liebster Aufenthaltsort nach einem schönen Tag in Zinnowitz und Umgebung. Also eine Wiederholung in diesem Objekt wäre denkbar, allerdings sollten einige Dinge öfter gewartet und instand gesetzt werden. Diese Probleme waren zumindest dem Hausmeister bekannt, dieser war allerdings auch nicht der Netteste zu den Urlaubern. Nicht nur ich allein musste seinen rauen Ton kennen lernen.

Gute Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und hat für 3-4 Personen ausreichend Platz. Die Ausstattung hätte etwas komfortabler sein können und über eine Begrüßungsmappe mit Informationen über die Ferienwohnung und den Ort hätten wir uns gefreut. Das Doppelbett in dem einen Schlafzimmer steht an der Wand. Will man hier zu zweit schlafen, muss einer immer ins Bett krabbeln. Wir waren nur zu dritt, ein Erwachsender mit zwei Kindern, so war es optimal und es störte auch nicht ganz so, dass alle Betten knarzten. Die Küchenausstattung ließ leider etwas zu wünschen übrig und bestimmte Dinge konnten innerhalb der sechs Tage vom Hausmeister nicht beschafft werden. So mussten wir einige Sachen selbst kaufen wie zB Gemüsemesser und Schere. Ein Brotschneidebrett wurde uns zur Abreise überreicht. Negativ aufgefallen ist uns die Unfreundlichkeit des Hausmeisters. Am Abreisetag mussten wir 10 Uhr die Ferienwohnung verlassen. Bereits 9:10 Uhr kam er gucken und regte sich darüber auf, dass noch nicht alles sauber und aufgeräumt war. Zum Strand läuft man ca 10 Minuten, stößt aber erst einmal auf einen Strandabschnitt für Hunde und FKK. Möchte man dies nicht, so muss man noch 5 Minuten weiter laufen. Insgesamt waren wir aber für die sechs Tage zufrieden, für einen längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir uns etwas mehr Komfort gewünscht.

Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Natürlich ist es nicht das eigene Zuhause, doch ein paar Kleinigkeiten lassen sich verbessern. So wären zusätzliche Ablageflächen in den Bädern wünschenswert. Zudem wurde die Wohnung mit WLAN-Zugang beworben, welchen wir nicht nutzen konnten. Auf Nachfrage war die Erklärung, dass seit einem Update bei iPhone ein anderer Browser benötigt würde und man diesen erst installieren soll, dann ließe sich darüber das WLAN nutzen - das kann nicht die Lösung sein. Gern hätten wir wenigstens unser eigenes Datenvolumen des Mobilvertrages in der Wohnung genutzt, aber auch dies war nicht möglich, da alles komplett abgeschirmt war - kein Netz, lediglich auf dem Balkon waren LTE-Netz sowie Telefonie verfügbar.
