Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und vollständig ausgestattet. Leider konnten wir den Geschirrspüler nicht nutzen. Er wollte nicht abwaschen. Vielleicht stand der Fehler aber 30 cm davor.

Das Haus war in einem guten Zustand. Und recht gemütlich. Es ist ein Holzhaus - es knarzt also sehr sehr laut. Das Sofa ist leider mega unbequem. Den Kamin konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, weil er beim ersten anzünden aus den Lüftungsschächten gequalmt hat. Das war uns mit Kleinkind etwas heikel. Die Stühle im Esszimmer sind auch total unbequem. Wer auf all das keinen großen Wert legt, kann hier eine super schöne Zeit haben. Das Meer ist einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt’s einen tollen Spielplatz. Mein Mann würde nicht wieder buchen.. ich wahrscheinlich schon :D

Sehr gut gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Zingst. Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet und auch in der Küche findet man alles notwendige, so wurden Bio-Mülltüten, Spüli, Geschirrspültabs gestellt und auch Gewürze waren vor Ort. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und man konnte auch bei Regen die Zeit gut im Haus überbrücken. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, aber auch ohne Räder ist die Lage super, sodass man alles fußläufig erreicht (Edeka in zwei Richtungen, Bäcker, Drogerie, Hafen, Strand, usw.)Die einzigen zwei kleinen Dinge die für uns nicht ideal waren: - in den Zimmern sind leider keine Verdunklungsvorhänge, was für uns mit Kleinkind ein bisschen suboptimal war- das Treppenschutzgitter ist etwas weit über dem Boden angebracht, so hat unsere kleine problemlos unten drunter durch robben können und konnte so trotzdem an die Treppe. Aber alles in allem können wir das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen. Danke für die schöne Woche

Check in völlig stressfrei, super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Frau Rösch. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht für eine Woche Entspannung, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Man kann aber auch gut und windstill vor dem Haus in der Sonne sitzen. Toller Urlaub in Zingst

Wir hatten das "blaue Haus" für 1 Woche Auszeit gebucht und waren einfach begeistert. Die Bewertungen von den anderen Urlaubern können wir nur bestätigen und das Haus weiterempfehlen. Im Haus direkt ist alles modern, hell und sehr mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit Frau Rösch war im Vorfeld, sowie während des Urlaubs auch super angenehm. Das Haus steht in 2. Reihe, sodass man wirklich seine Ruhe hat. Großer Pluspunkt war der tolle Spielplatz gegenüber, generell war man zu Fuß schnell am Strand und der Seebrücke, sowie beim Fahrrad-Verleih, der Eisdiele, mehrerer Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder in unzähligen leckeren Restaurants. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und dann ins "blaue Haus".

Liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet

Das Ferienhäuschen ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit ausreichend Utensilien ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung sehr durchdacht, an den Stellen, wo man sie benötigt sind z. B. Haken angebracht. Die Kontaktperson ist sehr gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.Ich kann den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Schönes sauberes Haus in ruhiger Lage, mit allem was man braucht.Bäcker,Einkauf,Strand,Restaurants sind Fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.Eine sehr schöne Gegend,wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Haus würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Sauberes, mit allem ausgestattetem Häuschen, ruhige Lage, dennoch zentral gelegenen.

Nettes Ferienhaus mit kleinen Abstrichen

Wir waren 14 Tage in einem von zwei rel neugebauten, in einer ehem Baulücke, Ferienhäusern. (Eng beisamen, Sichtschutz gut, aber oft etwas laut) Das Haus war zweckmässig mit all dem was man so braucht für Ferien, für kochfreaks allerdings zu wenig und zu einfacher Ausstattung. Begrüßt wurden wir mit einer Flasche Wein und einem etwas vergilbten Zettel was man hier doch bitte zu tun oder zu lassen hätte. Angekommem bezogen wir unser Betten mit etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Bettzeugs. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, nah am Hafen - Nah am Strand und Nah bei Restaurants oder Supermärkten. Was uns gar nicht gefiel - man sollte den Nachtspeicherofen keinesfalls verstellen, weil das optimal wäre - stand auf dem Zettel! Nur je wärmer die Aussentemperatur, gegen Ende unseres Aufenthaltes wurde - desto heißer wurde dieser Ofen….. die Matratzen im Doppelbett vorallem links sind total durchgelegen und leider für erholsamen Schlaf nicht wirklich geeignet. Ein Ikea Plastikschneidebrett hat soviel braune Flüssigkeit in sich, dass es leckt… absolut nicht appetitlich…. Alles in Allem - sicher keine grossen Kostenfaktoren, welche den Aufenthalt für künftige Gäste sicher angenehmer machen.
