Welcome to my little slice of Zihautanejo paradise. This 2600SF penthouse condo occupies the 3rd and 4th floors of a small complex only a 4 minute level walk to the sands of La Ropa Beach. This tranquil retreat features 2 king bedrooms each with private bath, kitchen, laundry and living room on the 3rd floor entry level and a huge open air terrace on the 4th floor with a full kitchen, full bath, dining area, lounging area and large plunge pool. From the terrace enjoy treetop views of Zihuatanejo Bay, mountains and city lights. Amenities include WiFi, big screen TV, AC, washer/dryer and beach toys. Can't beat the location with so many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Pickleball courts are just 500 ft away near the convenience store, bus stop and taxi stand. The condo complex boasts a large community pool with lounge chairs and tables, 24/7 security and on-site manager. No elevator, so expect to walk up stairs. All payments are in USD,

Super apartment and location, highly recommend. Comfy beds and large bathrooms. We loved the plunge pool, outdoor kitchen as well the main pool. Sharron and the onsite staff were extremely helpful and prompt. Would stay again!

Sharron was a great host - very responsive and helpful when we had questions. The location of the complex was fantastic - less than a 5 minute walk to Playa La Ropa and close to so many fabulous restaurants. The complex itself was very quiet which was lovely! The pool is so big and meticulously kept! The suite that we stayed in was beautiful - the beds were very comfortable, we never ran out of hot water for the shower, and it was great to have two fridges/two cooking areas. The upstairs open air room was beautiful to sit and have coffee in every morning while watching and listening to the birds in the jungle/trees across the street. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

The condo had everything one could possibly want. Two well stocked kitchens with everything we needed to make great meals.Top of the line towels.King size beds with great linen.The upper level is large,great view and an infinity pool.The facility is in a gated area with 24-7 gate management. The complex has probably the best common pool in the area. Extremely easy to get into the local downtown area by bus or taxi.There we found an incredible array of local produce. LaRopa beach,which was two blocks from the condo is amazing.

Summer in Zihua

My husband had such a great stay. Sharron is easy to comminicate with. Her property is beautiful (our favorite is the outdoor kitchen and patio area). Her recommendations for a private driver resulted in a great friendship with Noel. The security is wonderful and friendly and the large community pool was used daily during our stay. The location is perfect resulting in a very well rested vacation. We will definitely be back.

This place was clean, decorated nicely and nothing was broken or damaged. The beds were comfortable and the upstairs outdoor area was perfect. We rarely sat inside and used the upstairs daily. Could here the waves on the top deck.2 minute walk to the beach and the host was fast to responded when we had questions. Would not hesittate to come back again

This condo is truly lovely. The pictures accurately show the spaces but can't capture how close the beach is, how easy it is to get into town, the sounds of the birds, etc. Everything was perfect, from nice linens to beach chairs and umbrella being available for use. Thank you for a great getaway!

Right in the middle of paradise!

Great spot, we loved the proximity to the beach, shops & restaurants! This is a beautiful, clean unit, the open space upstairs with the dipping pool & lounge space was a huge plus, offering lots ways to enjoy & recharge, our family had a wonderful trip! Sharron was very responsive & friendly
