The overall condition is great. The staff are very nice, helping checkin and checkout, opening elevator, and so on. Special thanks to Sherry who online answered my questions promptly and warm-hearted. I’m very happy for my three days stay. We were warmly greeted at check-in and offered a complimentary room upgrade. Alice and Rita spoke excellent English and were helpful throughout our stay. Our room had a very nice view of the city and was elegant, spacious and comfortable. Rooms were very well sound-proofed. The hotel manager, a very pleasant Frenchman, greeted us at breakfast (which was excellent!) and came to say good-bye as we were checking out. I can't imagine a more professional and helpful staff.

Highly impressed by the rooms and the service

My family stayed in 3 different room categories, and even the standard room was very spacious, modern, and clean. The suite is much much bigger. Shortly after settling into the room, a manager came by to check if we were satisfied with the cleanliness which showed their attention to the guests' experience. Mr.David Zheng, a concierge manager who speaks very well English, was very helpful in assisting us during the stay. The hotel is a short taxi ride away to the shopping district. To my surprise, the David Plaza shopping mall is way up there with the very best in the country.
