The bright spacious exclusive 3-room ground floor apartment is (about 65 m²) and is suitable for 4 people, consists of a living room, fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, bedroom (double bed), children's room, Bathroom with shower (floor level) and toilet, guest toilet (additional) and a terrace. Tiled floor and underfloor heating in the living room, kitchen and bathroom, The south facing paved terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. The terrace area is accessible from the kitchen as well as from the living area. The Erstausttatung bed linen and 1 tea towel are included. Towels can either be brought along or rented on site for a fee (please pre-order with the key administrator Mr. Käding). Guests have free high-speed Internet access via Wi-Fi for use (no guaranteed property in case the router fails). Pets are not allowed, Non smoking apartment.
The exclusive, apartments are located in a holiday home in the small seaside resort Zempin, only about 600 m from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. Each apartment has a separate entrance and its own free parking space on the property. Shops are located about 200 meters away. Restaurants in the vicinity, the harbor of the seaside resort Zempin is about 5 minutes walk away. Also sports activities (sailing, surfing or fishing) are possible. Make yourself at home. Enjoy the atmosphere in one of the apartments. Even on cold winter days, your well-being is taken care of. In the amber spa you can enjoy peace and relaxation. In the amber spa you can enjoy peace and relaxation. A lockable carport for bicycles and a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer for general use are available. A cot is available in each apartment, a high chair is available on request free of charge. Linen packages are to be pre-ordered at the key manager.
