This single-storey villa features a large terrace and lawn with multiple seating areas, sun loungers, and an electric BBQ, plus a waterproof veranda sunshade for light summer showers. A jetty provides easy access to the water, and a 3-person canoe, life jackets for children, and a high chair are available. The elegant interior combines modern comfort with a fully equipped kitchen, including induction hob, combi oven, boiling water tap, coffee machine, blender, orange juicer, and airfryer. The villa offers a smart TV, portable speaker, three spacious bedrooms with box-spring beds, and two bathrooms. Underfloor heating with solar panels and a heat pump ensures a comfortable climate. The garden is fenced, making it safe for children and dogs, with nearby beaches and forests for walks. The park is fireworks-free with a quiet period from 22:00 to 8:00. From summer 2024, part of the garden will be additionally fenced for small children.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 185,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
