## Space

We are Joy and Rutger, and since a couple of years we rent out a part of our beautiful home to share our excitement about our hometown with guests from all over the world. Our studios were completely renovated early 2019 in order to meet all your wishes as a guest of our stay. We have used beautiful, sustainable materials with an eye for detail and with attention to the environment. With automatic LED lighting, smart radiator knobs, saving valves and extra floor and wall insulation, we try to limit emissions as much as possible.

Joy at the Beach Seashell is a private studio with your own bathroom (and bathtub*) & private balcony with only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and center.

This one bedroom apartment is equipped with all the luxury you need and is the perfect start for a lovely vacation.

## Neighborhood


The elongated beach of Zandvoort offers many beach clubs where you can eat and drink in the summer. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, dip your feet in the sand or take a lovely walk. In winter, less Beach clubs are open, but you can still come and enjoy the sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The hustle and bustle of the city just around the corner and an accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycle tours.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is situated at the edge of Zandvoort, surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.



## Transit

Zandvoort train station is at a 5 minute walking distance, direct connections with Amsterdam (30 minutes), Haarlem (15 minutes), Den Haag and Schiphol Airport.

★ Check-in between 16.00 and 22.00. After 18:00 check-in with key box, no helpdesk available and at your own risk. No refunds. ★

★ Please note that you are staying in a part of the homeowners house in a quit neighborhood! ★

★ Please note that these are old houses and even with all the added isolation during the renovation, hearing some noise from the homeowners or your neighbors is unavoidable ★

★ Please note that the jacuzzi function sadly isn't working anymore. You can still use the bathtub though. ★

★ Ask for parking options. ★
