Elegant Villa - Ideal for relaxing Holidays!

Elegant Villa is ideal for relaxing holidays! Located in Kalamaki, the villa is set in a large and private estate, surrounded by an amazing natural environment. The Villa is also only a short stroll to the popular resort of Kalamaki and its glorious sandy beach. And now, Elegant Villa has a brand new shared Swimming POOL, just 100 meters away!

The pool may be reached by a private footpath right next to the Villa. This dreamy footpath is a short-cut to the other side of the estate where the pool and Elegant Maisonettes (3 semi-detached, two-story houses) are located. Our lovely pool (10 x 5 meters) is shared with guests staying there, on the estate.

Elegant Villa is fully furnished and consists of 3 levels: a ground floor, lower ground floor and an incredible loft. The house can accommodate up to 11 adults, plus 2 young children. All rooms are equipped with either air-conditioning or ceiling-fans. Free Wi-Fi and parking is available.

The main entrance is on the ground floor, which includes a comfortable and beautifully decorated living-room/dining-room, a spacious well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a large renovated bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and overlooks the front terrace, whereas the second bedroom has 2 single beds and overlooks the side terrace.
An internal staircase takes you to the lower ground floor where you will find a large bedroom with a romantic King-sized bed and a bathroom with shower. This level may be accessed also by its’ own private entrance on the side.
Going upstairs, the internal staircase leads to the must-see traditional loft with its incredible vaulted, wooden walls. This spacious loft is an apartment in itself. It includes a double bed, 3 single beds, a child's crib and a private bathroom with shower.

The entire Villa is surrounded by a lovely terrace overlooking the countryside. There you may enjoy quiet and relaxing meals amidst nature!
