The apartment was very modern, clean and warm. It is close enough to the centre to walk each day. The spa facilities were very welcoming after skiing each day. The kitchen was a littke on the small side so dobr exowxt to cook up any gourmet feasts.

Nice spacious rooms with all the facilities in a stunning location. It’s very close to town, but we had a car anyhow. The best part was using the spa as it was so relaxing after a day of walking! The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming, they helped us with anything we asked.

We ordered a Studio room with a double bed. What we got was a double sofa that opens to a so called ״bed", far from being comfort for a couple. The reaction of the staff to our complains about feeling misled was "cold".

Väldigt fina och mysiga rum(vi bodde i deras "mezzanine").Vacker utsikt. Otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Härlig spa avdelning med ång-arombastu, vanlig bastu, bubbelpool, "isbadkar". OK frukost. Om man inte har bil bör man vara beredd på att gå uppför en riktigt brant backe för att ta sig till hotellet. Ca 15-20 min promenad till Krupowki gatan.Två riktigt bra resturanger i närheten(PaPaj Pizza som dock stänger ganska tidigt samt resturang Zakopianska som serverar mat från det "finare" polska köket).Granne med denna fanns även billig supermarket(Biedronka). Skidåkningen ej att rekommendera, vi hade dock otur med ovanligt lite snö för säsongen. Otroligt vackert uppe på Kasprowy Wierch!

Det var et dejligt sted bare lidt kedeligt at der ikke var noget til at rengøre lejligheden med, og man havde de sammme hånklæder til hele ugen.Spaen kunne godt bruge en overhaling og ens tøj lugtede surt efter en tur i Spaen

Tolle Lage in den Bergen, sehr ruhig mit Ausblick

Der Service war super, fast alles wurde möglich gemacht. Die Masseurin ist unglaublich gut und alle waren sehr freundlich. Das Appartement war auch gut ausgestattet mit Kamin, Siebträger-Kaffeemaschine (auch wenn sehr einfach) aber alles etwas eng. Mit 6 Personen ist das Premier-Apartment etwas klein und die Betten waren nicht so komfortabel. Das Bad war wunderschön aber die Dusche lief aus, weil die Tür nicht richtig dicht war und die Halterung für den Duschkopf war auch kaputt.

Fint och rent hotell med fantastiskt spa

Ett nybyggt och mycket fräscht hotell. Lägenheten vi bodde i var mycket fin och välplanerad. Att använda hotellets spa är gratis (i alla fall när vi bodde där) och spat är bra. Nära till busstation, tågstation och äventyrsbad.

Super miejsce pobytu, pogoda, atmosfera.Wszystko się zmieniło jak dojechaliśmy do Smrekowej.Pokój który zamawialiśmy okazał się totalna klapą.Miał być z widokiem na góry znajdował się na parterze z widokiem na taras sąsiedniego budynku.Były w nim dwa grzejniczki,nie nadążały ogrzewać dosyć dużej przestani.Pani recepcjonistka tłumaczyła się tym,że to nie możliwe,że nikt sie nie skarżył na niską temeprature w pokoju.Tak więc dla niej problemu nie było. Po kilku telefonach i wizycie u naszej gwiazdy wyjazdu dostaliśmy pokój z widokiem na gory i przed wszystkich z działającymi grzejnikami.W pokoju piękny kominek,który nadaje super atmosfery. Jednak ta atmosfera też kosztuje. Około 8 kawałków drewna-30 zł a w gratisie obrażona mina naszej gwiazdy.Myśle,że ten problem wynikał z tego,że na hotels.com znależliśmy super ofertę tyle,że za niską cene. Na weekend im sie nie kalkulowało więc dlatego dostaliśmy taki pokój. Przed zamówieniem pokoju warto zapytać w którym budynku znajduje się pokój.Dla pary z dziećmi wychodzenie do innego budynku na sniadania może być średnio przyjemne zwłaszcza gdy jest snieg do kolan.Apartament bardzo ładny, przyjemne miejsce poza obsługą zwłaszcza jedną Pania recepcjonistką, minęła się zdecydowanie ze swoim powołaniem.Odrobina uśmiechu i kultury nikomu nie zaszkodzi, zwłaszcza gdy pracuje się w takim miejscu.Warto się zastanowić nad doborem pracowników w końcu to oni tworzą atmosferę.Polecam pokój "Murowaniec" :)
